TRI CAMP 2018 SPRINT & OLIMPICO

For all interested athletes there is a training program and informational meetings to get ready in the best way to the Triathlon di Locarno.

Sprint Program:

  • 6 weeks of training (from 23. July)
  • 2 trainings per week with Ivan Minini (coach) (swim and run)
  • 2 bike group trainings. Days to be defined
  • Price: 100.- CHF

 

Olympic Program:

  • 3 months of training (from 4. June)
  • Trainings with Ivan Minini (coach) starting from mid July (swim and run)
  • 4 bike group trainings. Days to be defined
  • Access to pool trainings (2x week) with TTT starting from June
  • Price: 200.- CHF
  • Requirements: swimming 500m freestyle without breaks, or with Coach approval.

 

For everybody interested there will be an informative evening Saturday 25. May at 19.00 by Centro Sportivo Tenero.

KID'S CAMP

On Saturday before the race, in collaboration with Tri Team Ticino, there is an introduction and small training at Lido di Locarno. In this way kids can get to know the three disciplines and the environment of the race.

Weather

Kids Camp takes place if it doesn't rain.
In case of doubt, on Saturday morning from 7.00 am you can find information on www.3locarno.ch on the news section.

Material

All partecipants have to have bike, helmet, shoes, swimsuit, swimcap, goggles, towel and tshirt. Mid-morning there will be a break where drinks are offered, it is a good idea to bring fruits, cereal bars or similar.

Parents

Parents are welcomed to follow the day as spectators. However they have to pay the Lido entrance ticket.
